On the floors, we installed one of our favorite luxury vinyl planks that gives a hardwood look at a more economical price.
The arched oak front door we selected is quaint and modern without leaning too heavily on the cottage style. For consistency, we replicated those arches throughout the home, which you can see surrounding the fireplace.

Studio PercalePaired back guest studio with T&G panelling to bedhead wall with feature marble wall sconces and floating oak bedside drawers. Colour drenched in greige eggshell to walls, ceiling and woodwork. Woven vinyl flooring in a sisal look, to allow for continuous flooring from bedroom area, through to bathroom and kitchen and to outside terrace area. Pantry kitchen with T&G panelling painted half way in India Yellow F&B eggshell. Shelves, worktop and desk were created from a reclaimed piece of Iroko. Fitted with a filter tap and fridge underneath worktop concealed by a ticking stripe counter curtain. The studio sliding doors connect directly to the outside terrace. lounge furniture is contemporary outdoor furniture so that it can be used on the terrace as well as in the studio.

Heatherington Properties IncThis is a bright, casual, open plan update. This family home was originally a cramped L-shaped corner kitchen, separated from the living room by a wall and fireplace. the whole main floor was updated. We removed the fireplace from the center of the main floor to create a fully open main floor, functional for entertaining large groups. This is a family home so all features were chosen with durability in mind. The ceiling was re-done in level 5 for a flawless flat finish. lighting was added throughout all dimmable for different mood and atmosphere. Quartz counters and white cabinetry add to the light and bright feel, while solid walnut shelves and eclectic mosaic tile add to the warmth. Texture is everything to keep this space from becoming cold with warm leathers, and warm woods, and warm metals added.
