“We highly recommend Steve and Shannon. They are skilled professionals who have created a beautiful plan for our home to be built. They listened to all of our “wants” for our home and made sure that their plans reflected these within the budget that we needed to adhere to and within a good time frame. They have creative ideas that we would not have ever imagined. Both are so responsive and patient, helping us through this overwhelming process, answering all our many questions, addressing any concerns, and being patient as we made changes time and again. We feel that Steve and Shannon’s team approach is very beneficial. Steve created the overall design which is incredible and Shannon has designed the beautiful and functional details within the house. We get the benefit of two competent and creative professional working together in their areas of expertise to create our dream house to every detail. Meetings are generally with the two of them, and they interact with each other and of course with us to look at options and changes. We feel that they are as excited to show us plans or ideas as we are to receive them. In addition Steve and Shannon lived up to their word that they would be with us where we need them. “Origin architects is an amazing architecture firm, focusing on detail and creativity that makes every project unique! As an interior designer I loved the amount of detail that went into this home. Not only the interiors but exteriors as well. Also the fact that they take "the views" heavily in consideration masked all the difference. The luxury home has beautiful golf course views from nearly every room / window in the home. The outcome was georgeous and the homeowners couldn't have been happier! I believe that Javier and his team truly captured their dream home!”

“I have known John Guy for several years through association in the TIBD (Texas Institute of Building Designers). My membership in TIBD was as a supplier. As a supplier I worked with and got to know many of the members. This year I decided to start building homes. There were several reasons I chose John Guy: #1 He is an excellent designer, #2 He listens to his clients and designs to meet their ideas. #3. He has a working knowledge of products and applications. #4. He understands the complex nature between design and construction. For these reasons, John has been a great deal of help in product selection. I have also hired John to inspect the job and provide quality assurance. This way I am assured of getting everything done right the first time, and preventing any defects in workmanship from getting covered up. John is what I call a Full Service Designer. Richard Egan”

John and Suzanne are an excellent team and were very responsive in all phases of the project, providing ideas, renderings, and plans in a timely fashion.
