“We wanted a split level extension to our house, to be built on sloping ground. we had drawn a rough idea on the back of an envelope and John turned that into a fully formed official plan. We would fully recommend John to anyone. He was extremely helpful and explained things very clearly so that we understood the process. He turned up when he said he would, and submitted all documents on time. When we asked for a change to a plan he complied fully. We found ourselves a builder who followed his plans to the letter. Our work is now completed and we are absolutely delighted with it.”

“Arranged for CAS to produce plans & submit planning application for an extension to our house prior to marketing the property for sale. We received timely and appropriate advice on the planning process and the layout & plans of prosposed extension. Very pleased with the design and the step by step pricing and invoicing for the work. “Steve and Dom Shiels proved to be an excellent choice. We found them on the internet. Our first meeting showed that they listened to what we wanted then added all sorts of interesting ideas and details for us to think about. They then designed a ground floor extension that had a footprint half the size of our original house. We disscused various options and then settled on a design. They dealt with planning permission with no problems. We were very fortunate that that they tendered to build it too. This was a complete joy. They were at our house everyday for several months and we never felt irritated. The precision and care they took at each stage was incredible. They always left the site clean and tidy. The final building is beautiful, with lots of details that make us think wow. We have lived in this hous for 38 years and have always loved it. We love it even more now. Thank you Steve and Dom.”

“Always there to give an helping hand and advice This project is a large bungalow extension and without the advice and help from Lee at LMC Architecture it would be difficult. This required careful planning not only with the design, but he helped immensely with the planning department, to which I’m very grateful. The design he put forward was just amazing. I found also with his experience and knowledge of local suppliers was a great benefit. The help he showed was extremely professional, a pleasure to work with.
