“We recently completed a large, comprehensive renovation of our home in Cape Cod. Peter McDonald Architects did the entire design. They worked very well with us to identify our needs and to create a design that was very appropriate for our home. They guided us to a very good contractor; and worked very effectively with them. Ultimately, architect, contractor and owner worked together to arive at a finished renovation project that was VERY pleasing to us as the owner. We feel that Peter McDonald Architects did a very competent and cost effective job for us. We highly recommend them for architectural services”

“I recently worked with Kevin on a renovation of a historic 1861 home on Cape Cod. I created an architectural 3D model of the existing home, and then Kevin, the client and I completed alterations to make the home more livable and modern while respecting the homes vintage detailing and construction. “Architectural Design, Incorporated, architects on Cape Cod, MA company principals John Ingwersen, Andrew Miao and Peter Haig are all experienced Cape and Islands architects with degrees from Harvard and MIT, with wide-ranging design experience. The company was strongly recommended by former clients when we were looking for an architectural firm to design a unique home on Cape Cod that was a blend of both Cape Cod/Nantucket and Japanese design elements. We were fortunate to work with all 3 principals who each brought complementary skills to the task. There were many challenges bringing these diverse architectural design criteria together into a coherent, liveable home design. AD, Inc. was more than up to that challenge delivering a complete set of drawings and construction blueprints and documentation that met our requirements exactly and the builder found perfect to work with. The design phase of the project was completed on time within the budget established up front. AD, Inc. also provided oversight during the construction phase of the project consulting with the builder and owners on a number of issues as the work progressed. A number of new materials were used successfully which AD researched and recommended as appropriate for this project. We would recommend AD, Inc. to anyone planning to design a high quality project, especially if there are unique elements in the design that require creative solutions. JDC - Orleans, MA”

“My husband and I hired Erik to extensively renovate our existing home, which turned into a tear down and building a new home. The end product surpassed our highest expectations; we felt comfortable in our new home from the first night we stayed there. Erik's design not only gave us an open floor plan, a bigger master bathroom, a roomier kitchen with more work space, and a complete second floor designed for guests and our daughters and their potential families in mind, but a design that affords so much natural light that no matter what room we step into, we're enveloped in a warm radiance. Erik's easy, affable personality and his skillful ideas persuaded us to hire him, and we won.”

“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

“We've hired Aline to design and remodel our East Orleans home. So far (a few months into construction) they've been great. Lots of great ideas, excellent at incorporating our particular needs and feedback, very creative, fun, pleasant, and easy people to work with. Their work is clearly very careful and of the highest quality; they're actually resolving a lot of issues left over from previous, less-conscientious builders. We are confident that our house will be beautiful and more functional when they finish. This is a top-notch shop!”

“Jennifer Drain from Archiplicity was fantastic to work with for our new house design and construction project on Nantucket. She designed a layout that works for the way we live but also has a nice flow and interesting design. The exterior is stunning to look at and really captured the look we wanted, even with tight regulatory restrictions. As our project progressed, Jenny was a great problem-solver and budget-saver. She provided great customer service and creative solutions at every step. I'm so glad we took her advice on so many decisions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a talented designerd who is reasonably priced and responsive to her clients.”

“We purchased a 1970, abandoned ranch on Cape Cod that ended up needing significant repairs. It was a total gut. Gerrit provided us with plans that not only met the strict zoning laws here, but gave us our dream home. He is very talented and very easy to work with. We met several times over a 6 month period, where he listened attentively to all our ideas and concerns and came up with solutions to everything. The house is beautiful!”

“Excellent response to inquiry about remodeling with suggestions for upgrades and renovations. They were respectful of the project and my ideas and thought carefully about my concerns. Their knowledge of local building codes and the permitting process was extremely helpful and gave me a foundation for making decisions about my project. Budget constraints on my part have been the reason I have not moved forward with the work at this time. However, I will move forward with Integrata should my circumstances change. The quality of their work and their expertise in environmental and energy saving issues is cutting edge!”
