Our funds were limited and we were constrained by statute on how we could execute the project. After 3 years of trying to figure out how to make it happen, the fire board enlisted Ben's expertise to help move the project forward. He answered our questions, checked out our options, and negotiated the building contract. We weren't able to get everything we wanted, but we got what we desperately needed: a secure vehicle bay with good personnel access and sufficient space in an addition that blends in perfectly with the existing building.
