“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. “Dane was recommended to me through a mutual friend. Very approachable, friendly and willing to help. He arranged a site visit, listened to our ideas then went away to put it all together on paper including 3D illustrations which gave a excellent realistic vision of what we were aiming to achieve. With his vast knowledge, he gave us alternative ideas to which we decided to go with the option of a full height vaulted ceiling allowing for larger skylight on stairwell creating much more bright open space. Dane also supplied us full construction drawings, dealt with building control and any queries they had right up to the start of the build. He has also been on hand with any questions we’ve had during the build. He was very prompt will all the plans throughout and fees are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Dane, very professional and competent.”

“We were really delighted with the designs from the General Architecture company for remodeling our Edwardian house. Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

“We appointed Sahil to reconfigure some existing plans which were granted when we bought our home as we thought we could get more out of our space. Sahil was extremely professional from start to finish. He was attentive to what we wanted to achieve, extremely professional and provided us with great ideas/solutions. He also provided us with advice on other matters we should consider as part our extension and provided useful contacts to aid us to complete the re configuring process. We were very happy with the final plans! “Bryn & Mark created the plans for our extension. They gave really great advice from the start. Compared to just asking a builder how they would add on a 3m kitchen extension they really came up with ideas that has created a fantastic, practical and delightful space. They were flexible working with us to tweak the drawings to make sure we had storage and power etc everywhere we wanted. We are thrilled with the end result and could not have achieved this without their vision.”

“Project - first story extension + remodelling other parts of house. Communication - excellent. Happy to communicate over evenings and weekend which is relatively unique and extremely useful for those with full time jobs. brief and vision - listened to us at length and for the first visit spent plenty of time on site. Ongoing input- always happy to answer questions. Guides us through the process and steers us through the ideas. Value - not the cheapest but worth it for the communication and experience. It's a professional approach that means this is great value. We explored all the options so won't have any regrets - part of the cost is the peace of mind of a thorough approach. Reliability - does as promises. Has had us over to his house for client brief, so nothing to hide and not afraid to engage fully.”
