“This firm carried out the design of a major refurbishment of our Georgian house, including the creation of three new rooms adjacent to or underneath the basement. They also acted as project managers for the work. The design work was wonderful and fully fulfilled what we were looking for. Their project management was exemplary, and there were absolutely no problems which arose during design and construction. We were delighted when they won a RIBA award for our project and they deserve - and get from us - the highest possible recommendation.”

“dwell design began working for us on the extension and refurbishment of our new home after the plan drawing company we had initially been recommended totally let us down. By comparison Anthony and the team were thorough, interested, passionate and knowledgeable with much appreciated attention to detail. I felt that Anthony took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for in our home and tailored the plans to suit what we really needed, coming up with a design that worked for us. The final result is all we had hoped for and more and would not have happened without all the hard work from the dwell team. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

“Each design that Three|Eleven work on is unique and never formulaic, Rob Beer works creatively to exceed both a clients needs and their vision. We have worked with Rob on a challenging new build in Rottingdean where planning permission was tough to gain and came with incredibly tight restrictions. With constraints on size, this project demanded a creative design to maximise both space and light, whilst also meeting the clients dream of a traditional Arts & Crafts style house. We are currently working with Rob to build a stunning extension on a Victorian house which is also progressing well. It's a pleasure to work with Rob, we receive the detailed plans we need and communication is open and supportive - we really couldn't recommend Three|Eleven more highly.”
