“We hired Leigh at Studio 4C was amazing! She created a second master suite in our house, and was able to create a cost effective space that preserved function, design, and high quality décor. It was really important to us to hire someone who was both an architect and interior designer. She was able to give us many options from tile to cabinet hardware--oftentimes, from the comfort of our own home, by clicking an internet link! I would use Leigh and Studio 4C for any future projects!”

As a builder, I can tell you that a good set of plans is the most important key to a successful project. The detail and clarity of plans ensures that the bids can be compared 'apples-to-apples', communicates what should be included in the bid, and ultimately defines the scope of work in the contract. Dale and Elizabeth's plans have been consistently excellent, allowing me to bid with confidence and build efficiently. Others can talk about their vision, style, or the aesthetics of their design, (this is also inspired in my opinion), but as a builder the most important thing is the accuracy and clarity. “Could not be happier. We called and visited several references. Steve and team brought great ideas and professionalism to the project. We many years in the construction trades, i have an idea of what i wanted, but needed the professional support to bring it to life. The team was perfect. started and stopped where I needed. I did not need them to pick out door handles, but needed them to make sure it was well designed and permits were approved. all happened without any issues. He was a very fair (good price), stuck to his price and never "nickel and dimed" me. Cannot be more happy.”

“Building your dream house can be a scary and intimidating experience. We interviewed several architects and were so glad we did. Carl Shipley designed a beautiful home for us. It fit both the property and our lifestyle like a glove. The process was painless and even though Carl was out of state for much of the construction, he kept a very close eye on the project. We had a small drywall cracking issue after the fact and Carl was quick to diagnose and remedy that issue as well. You really can't go wrong with Shipley Design. Carl would be my pick if I set out to do it again.”
