“I contacted Anthony Parker through Houzz. From the very first phone call I found Anthony to be totally professional and courteous. He visited our site at Gorokan and discussed the many options available to us. Our project was a dual occupancy with a 2 lot subdivision. Anthony produced his first concept designs and we met several times to discuss alternatives and different options. We are now nearing completion of the project ( first one complete and occupied) and could not be more pleased with the relationship that has been developed between ourselves and Parker & Associates. The process was particularly smooth from concept to DA and CC approval. I have since recommended Anthony and his team to several associates and will continue to do so. We will definitively use Parker & Associates on future projects.”

“We have worked with Rustic Touch on and off for 7 years, and have engaged them to design and build two large homes as well as a renovation to another. You often hear dreadful stories about the relationship between builders and clients. Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. They are both very talented in design and build and it is because of them that we have a house that we absolutely love. We could not recommend them highly enough.”

“Ukalovic Design is an architectural drafting service and is owned and operated by Jay Ukalovic. We were referred to Jay by a prominent building company in Newcastle last year. Jay earned the right to do our design work after a basic tender process where we received proposals from 3 designers/draftsman. What struck us immediately was Jay's manner and disposition. He handled his first meeting with professionalism and care and demonstrated a keen willingness to listen carefully to what we wanted out of our design. The journey we have been on together is now at DA stage and we could not be happier. Jay has quickly worked through all variations and iterations of what we needed to see on paper so that we could consider all options. “Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“We bought a total dump of a terrace which had serious structural and aesthetic issues. We hired Palaestra to help us reconfigure the building to make the most of the spaces, increase the light while keeping the cost low. Palaestra solved the puzzle of using the space as well as possible. We have a truly brilliant new stair configuration. They designed really great rooms and had real sensitivity to our rather serious budget constraints. Unlike a number of the people we hired on the job, Palaestra really got that we couldn't afford the best or most beautiful finishes but always come up with a good looking alternative. Palaestra always deliveredon time and responded to crises.”
