What attracted me most were innovative ideas, an interest in sustainability and LEED, and the proven talent to combine older historical buildings with a touch of modern. We received expert drawings, as well as great recommendations for our residential kitchen remodel, a major undertaking in an older home that required the removal of load bearing walls and complete reconfiguration of the space. “Last year we purchased a lake home on a narrow lot with a very steep slope. The home's parking was restricted to the basement level requiring navigation of 10 uncovered steps to enter the home. Brent Hunter designed us a beautiful and ingenious addition that allows covered parking and level entrance into our home. The design also allows for older or handicapped guests to easily visit our home . We just love the addition as it allows us to now enjoy our dream lake home well into our twilight years.
