“Our grade two listed 400 year old cottage is situated in as sensitive conservation area. There were many challenges, not least, ensuring our neighbours were happy with the end result. David's expertise in all aspects is outstanding. The planning officer considered the finished product to be one of the best and most harmonious relationships and our parish council, believes our cottage to be the showcase of the village. The brief was to be sympathetic to the age and area, but contemporary and fundamentally our home. David took our brief and enhanced -by discussion- virtually every aspect of the design and build. This was a big, complex project lasting nine months. Four years on, we wouldn't change any detail. We would be delighted to speak or indeeed show our beautiful cottage to any prospective client. Additionally, David is a delight to work with and a major part of the success was due to David's calm, diligent and professional manner throughout.”

“Probuild 360 have built a truly stunning 2 story extension onto our home. A major project as the property is an old barn conversion. I've rated 5 star because this company built our vision based upon their key values of persistence (never give up there's always a solution), empathy with their customer (me whose challenging as I'm a perfectionist...) and respect for the final aesthetic outcome. There were major challenges due to the age of the property and structure and that's the reality of a build yet with their company values and really exceptional core team of committed friendly and caring craftsmen we travelled the journey with a great team and arrived at an exceptional visual outcome. Other professionals involved in this project were not consistent and supportive when we had build challenges, namely architects, their structural engineer etc.. which exposed even more to me the need to have chosen a building company that stayed the course and found solutions with me.Probuild is a family business that I highly recommend and deserving of 5 stars! (and not many customers can say that after 8 months of building work I'm sure!).”

“Andy has recently designed a kitchen extension for us. On his initial visit (to give us a quote) Andy spent time listening to all our requirements and came up with lots of ideas to help make our extension fit to the needs of our family. Ours was a relatively small project but Andy managed to include many unique ways so that we could maximise the space and the light and make our home unique. Despite all the hurdles of the Covid lockdown Andy managed to help us go through the draft plans via our online conversations and regular phone calls. He even showed us innovative ideas from his own home, many of which we have incorporated into our plans. I would happily recommend Andy to anyone and would definitely use Andy's skills again should the need arise.”
