“Maya worked closely with us to produce layouts and building regulation submission for the proposed conversion of an attached garage to extend the existing kitchen, create a utility and a 3rd bedroom/study with ensuite at our property in Kingswinford. Maya was extremely professional and prompt with her responses. She sourced a structural engineer to carry the structural design required for the proposed modifications. We can thoroughly recommend Maya Architects.”

“Alice & Oscar of Noto have been excellent to work with in the extension of our London Victorian terrace home. They have been great partners in working to prepare a unique scheme that reflected our vision, while also bearing in mind our budget. Their practical and creative approach throughout the planning, approval, tender, specification and project management phases has been measured and considered, reflecting their extensive experience in their field of both architecture and construction. “We were really delighted with the designs from the General Architecture company for remodeling our Edwardian house. Kevin and his colleague really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was in keeping with the age of the property that maintained original features, whilst incorporating our needs for fish tanks, bike storage, and light! The design also allowed completion in stages to minimise disruption for family life. Kevin was able to answer queries promptly and help with all aspects of the planning process. Highly recommended."”

“The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

“Bryn & Mark created the plans for our extension. They gave really great advice from the start. Compared to just asking a builder how they would add on a 3m kitchen extension they really came up with ideas that has created a fantastic, practical and delightful space. They were flexible working with us to tweak the drawings to make sure we had storage and power etc everywhere we wanted. We are thrilled with the end result and could not have achieved this without their vision.”

“I commissioned Peter in 2018 to design a sculpture for my lounge out of bronze. Peter kept us informed regarding his work throughout the design process and was able to provide prototypes to see what the final sculpture would look like. When the final sculpture was cast it was absolutely stunning. It was a real pleasure to be working with Peter and his team - hope to be using his design services in the future.”
