“I was looking for someone to draw my house plans, and through other reputable builders in the area, I was directed to Mrs. Stankoski with Coastal Classics. This was my first experience having blueprints drawn up, and I was VERY pleased with the results and the process. Mrs. Stankoski was receptive to my suggestions and questions and the entire project went as smooth as I could have ever hoped for. She was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions or guidance where otherwise I would have never thought to ask. From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience.”

“We went to Coast Architects with the dream of a new porch. We wanted a space that our entire family could enjoy now and into the future. We shared our dream of a Southern Porch bursting with charm, comfort and style with Coast Architects. Phillip Owen designed a beautiful porch for us that exceeded our expectations. He divided our porch into four zones. The first was a sitting area around a fireplace with a large television. (This is SEC country) He designed a reading area, a napping area and a gazebo for eating. We just love it. Phillip's architecture is amazing. The ceiling beams are connected with custom metal fabrications. The stain color he recommended is warm and inviting. The fireplace design and cabinetry commands your attention as you walk onto the porch. It is a real focal point. The intricacies of the gazebo ceiling also contribute to making our porch special. Don't hesitate to hire Coast Architects!”

“In 2012, my family purchased a large piece of waterfront property to develop a family subdivision. I used Sted Mccullough to design my large waterfront home with a boathouse and pool house. The home is in a french country style with a slate roof and mortar washed brick. The house is absolutely amazing. It is a complete custom design with oversized rooms, hallways, and 16' plus ceilings throughout. During the early design process we would meet fairly often to move from concept to a solid layout. Sted was great at listening and coming up with excellent ideas that went well beyond anything we could have imagined. My next project is to have Sted design an auxiliary building for additional storage of cars, utility vehicles, and a workshop area. I would highly recommend Sted. After designing my house, he also designed my Mother's and Sister's home which are equally amazing.”
