“We met Doug while searching for a new home. Our realtor recommended him to us. We knew we wanted to find a place in town and then renovate it. Doug actually worked with us on 2 posibilities that fell through and then with the 3rd which we bought. He did the leg work on all 3 with the town hall and the building inpector to make sure we could do the renovations we were thinking of for them prior to making an offer. While working with Doug on our plans we found him to be very professional - always willing to meet with us and incorporate the changes in the designs to meet our vision. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our permits were in order. He actually attended 2 different Town Building Design meetings with me to answer any questions they had regarding our plans. He gave us an estimate and stayed true to that .... He worked well with our builder and the job went smoothly. I would definite use Doug again in the future. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE !! It is exactly what we wanted -- thanks to Doug and our builder.”

“Jennifer Drain from Archiplicity was fantastic to work with for our new house design and construction project on Nantucket. She designed a layout that works for the way we live but also has a nice flow and interesting design. The exterior is stunning to look at and really captured the look we wanted, even with tight regulatory restrictions. As our project progressed, Jenny was a great problem-solver and budget-saver. She provided great customer service and creative solutions at every step. I'm so glad we took her advice on so many decisions. “Heather completed a large scale three-story addition to our home. We needed the new portion to be accessible, and she worked with us to ensure we had the proper level of design while making it truly functional. We added an elevator, expanded the first floor, opened up the kitchen, added a family space and a master suite with laundry upstairs. She worked with challenges in setback and codes and make the new space look like it fit in, not easy as we are built into a hill. She's responsive and was easy to work with for us and the contractor. He liked her so much he will refer her to other clients. Two big thumbs up for Heather. We would use her again.”

“Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was recommended from a contractor that was bidding our project. We ended up not going with that contractor, and was a little worried that it would impact our project, but it did not at all. He was professional, took our input and remained within the timeline and budget we had agreed to. I highly recommend Paul for your upcoming renovation!(The project cost range selected was for the cost of Paul, the renovation construction costs were approximately $150k)”

Our new home is beautiful to look at, as functional as it is fun and so comfortable.
