“Chris Jones (Vice President, Innovation and Product Design at Jayman Homes) introduced us to Curt when we were looking for an Architect to design our home. We had an unusual request because we wanted a house that would have elements of New Orleans architecture. For our initial meeting and consultation Curt came with research and ideas on how the design should look and how it would fit on our property. We hired Curt because of his passion and attention to detail and it was the best decision we ever made! We allowed Curt design freedom and he delivered a stunning two story home design with a beautiful exterior and an interior that flows seamlessly throughout our home. Small details that are important such as maximizing window heights, curbless steam shower, symmetrical equal size kids rooms and so many more were all thought of during the design process. Curt also utilized the benefits of our property with rooms placed strategically to maximize views and sun exposure. The brilliant idea of placing the garages next to the home on two different levels to maximize back yard space and having the convenience of heated attached garages that are not imposing or interfering with the curb appeal.
