We realized that it wasn't time to build the dream house and I came up with a design for our budget house which Monique was able to turn around for us in less than three weeks. Time was of the essence in this project and Monique was able to get it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. What I appreciated about working with Monique was being able to sit with her and make adjustments on the plan via her drafting program in her office and seeing those changes in 3D. It was very helpful in making decisions in a short amount of time. We currently have Monique finishing up the garage for our budget house.
