“Foster Architecture does beautiful and well-conceived work. His approach to problem solving is both professional and calm. My project was a renovation of a 1970’s builder’s contemporary that was visually disorganized inside and out. Foster re-organized and balanced the spaces, completely transforming the interior and exterior with small aesthetic changes throughout, while integrating the building into the surrounding land, giving the house an up-to-date 21st Century look and quality. Foster’s knowledge of the aesthetic use of materials is comprehensive and creative. I highly recommend his work and look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“It was a pleasure working with Ronnette Riley and her team. I had a budget in mind when first imagining the project. Ronnette was completely straightforward with me from the beginning about where my original budget and reality would soon diverge; as a result there were no financial surprises. She and here colleagues guided me through the design process, addressing the elements that I wanted and suggesting additional ways in which to achieve the overall atmosphere I had in mind. The space I purchased was dated and out of synch with the building’s iconic mid-century design by its internationally renowned architects; RRA guided its return to its architectural roots. With reconfigurations of door placements, a redesign of the kitchen and bathroom, and the creation of a wrap-around cantilevered bookcase, the space looks better and is far more functional. I also appreciated the fact that RRA handles all aspects of design, from its structure to the interior finishes. RRA helped me select through a wide variety of vendors mid-century furniture, window treatments, and rugs – assembled in a way that tied all of the spaces together. Having one firm handle the entire process was not only much easier to manage (relieving me of a lot of potential hassle), but it also resulted in a cohesive design. I am thrilled with my new home and I would recommend RRA to anyone.”

The entire design and build process was very collaborative. Jason took time to listen and develop a relationship with our entire family, so that he understood how we live, and then designed an inspiring space that works perfectly with our lifestyle. His design expertise is evident in the way he successfully balanced a rather traditional exterior with the more contemporary, clean lines that we wanted for the interior. And his custom design details provided a really personalized style. Jason was mindful of our budget and helped us determine which elements of the house to prioritize. “I consider Diversified a design team, as well as a top sub-contractor, who not only identify the right construction solutions but understand a project from an architectural, engineering, and interior design perspective. I have employed Diversified to provide me with all three services, architectural plans, engineering work (including obtaining obtaining permits) and subcontracting work. Diversified does a good job in holding the subcontractors accountable that work is done well and on time. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away. My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy). While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done. I absolutely recommend Diversified.”

“Jeff is an experienced architect that creates wonderful spaces. Jeff converted my hovel into a fabulous home. He combines engineering, design, details and above all a responsive customer friendly attitude. He was always available. He went above and beyond; I depended on him for lots of details that were outside of the scope of he services such as paint color and furniture layout. He worked on a city town home for me that was a standard row but created moldings, archways and other details that gave it an original charm.
