“Greg and his team were fantasic! Not only did they save us money throughout the construction, they provided superior materials with those same dollars. They located unique items, made excellent design choices and most critically, matched the style/period of home we desired. They have the creative expertise that made our project go smoothly and they protected us from decisions which we may have regreted later. “Rice Architect designed our home in north Florida over 4 years ago. We started, quite literally, on the back of an envelope, with only general ideas about what we wanted. “John Dodd was my architect for a home that I moved into in April of 2019. He did a great job. He was honest. When we first interviewed each other, he told me he was crazy busy and three months behind. We made our initial meeting three months in the future. It was well worth the wait. He heard me with my wants (especially light in the house) and and was very helpful in the areas where I didn't have the wants. His way of working in real time as you explain what you want is awesome. No back and forth to get you drawings next week. You do it now, together. My house turned out great (using one of his preferred builders, Castleton Homes) and if I were to have another building project, there's only one phone call I'd make to design the home.”

“Remodeling Pros was a pleasure to do business with. Keith Sheets and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, dependable, and patient during our entire remodeling process. Keith and his staff were able to improve our living space by enlarging the bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room. They also replaced outdated ceilings, floors, windows, walls, doors, closets, and two large porches. Remodeling Pros stayed on schedule and worked within our budget. They also kept us informed during each step of the remodeling process. The entire staff was continuously flexible during our many changes to our original remodeling plans. All individuals were courteous and pleasant during the entire process, and we enjoyed doing business with them. Remodeling Pros has been family owned and operated for 14 years. 95% of their work is client referral business. They are specifically known for not inconveniencing the customer, hence their "Last Day Breakthrough System". We highly recommend Remodeling Pros.”

“Rob and Kassia Zinn of OAD transformed the 1950s house we purchased from one with dark, small rooms to a sleek, modern home. We now have beautiful views of the river behind the house from not just the kitchen, but the living and dining rooms as well. Their concept and design of a 500' deck off the second floor expanded our living space to the outdoors and turned a nondescript house into an exceptional one. Not only were they professional and timely, but OAD was cost-efficient as well. I have worked with several architects over the last 35 years but of all, OAD is exceptional.”
