The whole process was done from our home through videos, emails and over the phone, which made it very convenient, and I was amazed by how much detail and accuracy could be gleaned in this way. residence has also helped guide us through the sorts of considerations we would need to think about if taking the project forward with regard to building regulations and planning permission, and the level of structural works required for different options, even contacting the Council on our behalf. This has been enormously helpful and time saving. We have decided to take forward one of the ideas we discussed with residence, and will be working with residence on the next stage of detail to get the level of aesthetic finish we know we wouldn't be able to achieve on our own.
