“Tim Hagan took the smoldering remains of our burnt house and created something beautiful out of the ashes. He didn't flinch when he saw what little we had to work with, and, in a stress-filled year, managed to gently mold a beautiful house out of ashes and water. “I absolutely LOVED AG & Associates! Rashid is smart and kind. I know that might not seem important but when you are building your dream home it is because the whole process can be very daunting. Rashid LISTENED and took all of our thoughts and ideas to heart. He even went out to our sight and sat there to get a "feel" for our eventual home. He did this because we purchased an older lake home and needed to add on space (2 guest rooms and a large master suite). It was important to blend the old with the new and make it look like the new had always been there...it was very important that it did not look like an addition. He also redesigned the interior space of the old and added a wonderful outdoor space as well. Rashid did all this while staying within our budget (not drawing an over-the-top place that we would fall in love with but never be able to afford). Equally as important is his timely responses to questions and his timely delivery of the plans. We were within a very tight time frame and Rashid delivered. I cannot speak highly enough of AG & Associates. You WILL NOT be disappointed.”

“Daniel Martin designed a deck that spanned the back of our house. The deck included planters, seating, multiple levels, lighting and access from the front of the house. I would describe Danny's designs as understated--a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and the mission style. The deck was designed for heavy entertaining. He was very focused on designing the deck to fit our needs. Danny even considered natural light and the positioning of the sun on the deck throughout the day as well as designing for privacy. Danny was always open to our feedback and we made several adjustments throughout the project. I would definitely recommend Danny and would definitely hire him again He is a true professional and cared deeply about meeting our needs.”

“We have worked with Stephen Flanagan & Studio One on two significant renovation projects at our home in Atlanta. The first was a major reno & addition to a 10 year old home in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Stephen helped us solve several major space issues and we absolutely love our house (inside & out). Spaces included new ktchen, garage conversion to den, new pool, lani & 2-story garage with a bonus room on second floor connected to house by an outdoor eating area & lanscaping. The second reno was a master bedroom/bath & a guest room & Jack/Jill bath. Again Stephan was wonderful to work with and we couldnt be happier with our new space!”
