“Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites. Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.”

“Gillian helped me to redecorate my condominium. I am thrilled with the results as well as the fact that she was able to work within my budget (which was not very large). “I hired Ananda to provide detailed floor plans for a new liquor store that was relocated to the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. It was a tricky project as the floor plans had to satisfy all of the requirements from the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch as well as the local Municipality before the license could be transferred and any construction could begin. After only one meeting Ananda incorporated the requirements for the layout of the space into a floor plan that was very effective. There were a few changes to the layout afterwards based on purchasing changes, for shelving and equipment, which she incorporated into the plans with a very fast turn around time. I would hire Ananda and her company again as they successfully nailed down the requirements, listened, and worked quickly and efficiently with feedback and produced a great product.”

Our second project with them was quite large. They effectively handled the complex work and total site design while keeping track of many, many details that made each piece of the project an exquisite success. Throughout the project they were creative, great listeners, and adaptive to evolving requirements. We appreciate their deep sense of "Northwest" style and the easy, responsive way they work. They also helped us select a great construction outfit which effectively delivered our mutual vision. “I have a tiny ensuite bathroom that was in dire need of an update, and I hoped to have a soaker tub added, despite the small space. Rick was easy to work with and made sure I got what I wanted. He ensured that things kept moving, as there were many trades and sub-contracts required. He provided sound advice and dealt with issues quickly and in good humour. I found him to be very organized and I liked being kept apprised of expenditures throughout the project, and appreciated that there were no surprises or cost overruns. I am very pleased with the completed project and really enjoy using the beautiful new space.”
