“I cannot recommend Dennis Hellyar architects highly enough. This was a bereft and unloved property in poor condition in need of considerable attention. DHA reviewed, and saw potential with an imaginative, bold scheme (perhaps too bold for some). Their enthusiasm and imagination carried all before it, and now we are the proud owners of an exciting and remarkable space at the heart of the city. Being new to renovations, we were heavily reliant on the team put together by DHA and I now believe our confidence in them was well placed. DHA was the fulcrum of the team, keeping a weather eye on progress, quality and costs. Above all their attention to detail proved the key to a quality result. Noel fully understood our brief and provided us with the guidance and designs we needed to erect a new three storey building in a conservation area. The design fitted in seamlessly with the historic context and provided us with a very comfortable London residence. “Jonathan is a fantastic architect. He was very friendly and professional. He really listened to what I wanted and added his own ideas. The service provided was extremely efficient. Jonathan supported my application to the Council with his designs - which took all the stress out of it for me. Jonathan continued to support once the designs were signed off by checking quotes received for the work to make sure they incorporated the whole design. I cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough and will continue to recommend him.”

“We hired Mundo Architecture to give us a concept design on our new build, Agniezka and Jonathan came on site, and fully immersed themselves into the location. They took away our brief and implemented into different options. The end result was spectacular, they really understood what we need it and they respected the location. Although there scope of work was only the concept design, they were always there if i was in doubt of something on the final design or technical details. Very professional and very approachable are the two adjectives which come to my mind when Mundo architecture is mentionned.”
