“We are very pleased with the result of more than a year's work, starting with pen and paper and a discussion on what we needed in a home, reviewing and editing floor plans, getting to plot plans, elevation views, and ultimately a final set of plans. This was no easy task, considering we were building a new home post-Sandy, at the Jersey Shore, and with flood maps changing during the process, being in dual zoning districts, and with required building heights uncertain. But, finally, we are done (mostly!) Scott, Jack and Bill were all great to deal with, they listened to our needs and wants, and helped us make decisions on the trade-offs you always need to consider when space is limited on the lot and you have a long list of needs and wants. The style of the house is a cape cod, the architectural detail is outstanding and it fits well into the existing neighborhood which is situated one block from the start of the historic district here in Ocean City. Ultimately, we love the house and get compliments on it every single day from strangers walking past and from family and friends who are visiting. So many people have asked us if they can have a tour. Thanks Scott, Jack and Bill for everything.”

“inHabit Architecture and Design did a complete redesign of my kitchen which included removing a large portion of a wall, and changing the flow of my house for the better. Upon request, Ms. Gusic provided numerous drawings, and explained the benefits of each. The thing that impressed me most was her presentation of the overall design in terms of a long-term strategy. The changes she suggested presented a very holistic view of living in our home as she considered things like sight lines, views, furniture placement, etc for the areas adjacent to the kitchen.”

“You name it and Todd probably helped us when we were doing major construction and redesigning of our new home. We bought a 50 year old home that had great "bones" but was in desperate need of some TLC and then some. Todd was the first person we called after we walked thru the first time with our realtor. He was the first person we called after we talked to our contractor. He was the first person we called when all the work was done and it was time to pick colors, cabinets and furniture. He was part of every decision we made and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Nine times out of ten when someone compliments something in our home - it is something that Todd contributed!!! He made our new house a home and he was worth every penny.”

“Baggot & Bak, Ltd. remodelled the first floor of our very old house. Sandra Baggot worked well with the structural engineer, contractor and my children. She presented four options so that we could choose the best option to fit our needs. Her attention to my needs as a handicapped senior resulted in a home that is beautiful, comfortable and accessible. Our family would not have been able to complete the project on time without her coordination. And the cost was fair and right. Thank you Sandra and Baggot & Bak.”

“J. Vuocolo and his team were outstanding!We undertook a very large renovation,remodel which included the kitchen,2 bathrooms,basement, mud room and the exterior of the home.Joe and his project manager Steve were completely professional in their collaboration with us.They worked methodically and paid every attention to detail.The ground work was so solid and the finishes meticulous.When they said they would get it done they did!!!! There was no procrastination!They also understood the design needs of each of us and worked really hard to give us exactly what we wanted.We are completely thrilled with the outcome and we would HIGHLY recommend them.”
