“Bill at SBS helped us design and build a large kitchen diner extension onto our early Victorian home, He understood our requirements quickly and drafted our ideas into design drawings with ease. Bill led us through a very frustrating planning process with CWAC and his experience and patience kept us sane for the 12 months it took to gain permission (without any changes to design!). Bill then prepared and co ordinated the tender process with selected builders and we were happy to appoint the builders feeling confident we had selected builders that SBS have worked with many times previously. The design progression during the build was well controlled and Bill contributed significantly to overcome some hurdles that appeared and help make some further improvements to the design including some excellent detailing on the interior and garden.
