“Foster Architecture does beautiful and well-conceived work. His approach to problem solving is both professional and calm. My project was a renovation of a 1970’s builder’s contemporary that was visually disorganized inside and out. Foster re-organized and balanced the spaces, completely transforming the interior and exterior with small aesthetic changes throughout, while integrating the building into the surrounding land, giving the house an up-to-date 21st Century look and quality. Foster’s knowledge of the aesthetic use of materials is comprehensive and creative. I highly recommend his work and look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“I consider Diversified a design team, as well as a top sub-contractor, who not only identify the right construction solutions but understand a project from an architectural, engineering, and interior design perspective. I have employed Diversified to provide me with all three services, architectural plans, engineering work (including obtaining obtaining permits) and subcontracting work. Diversified does a good job in holding the subcontractors accountable that work is done well and on time. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away. My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy). While the work may be a tad more expensive, it was worth the extra investment to make sure the end product was well done. I absolutely recommend Diversified.”

“I live in a house designed by RLA, but did not commission them for the job. The house is extremely well thought out, taking great advantage of a small plot. The flow of the rooms works well, making furniture placement easy. The house is super bright as a result of well placed interior and exterior Windows. We would definitely consider them for another assignment.”

“Jeff is an experienced architect that creates wonderful spaces. Jeff converted my hovel into a fabulous home. He combines engineering, design, details and above all a responsive customer friendly attitude. He was always available. He went above and beyond; I depended on him for lots of details that were outside of the scope of he services such as paint color and furniture layout. He worked on a city town home for me that was a standard row but created moldings, archways and other details that gave it an original charm.
