“Eric Baker recently served as architect on a very challenging repair project to our hurricane damaged home. Despite the difficult circumstances, he made us feel at ease from the beginning, and was a calming influence through every step of the project. We were very satisfied with the design and the finished product, but equally important, I want to emphasize that Mr. Baker was professional, trustworthy, honest, reliable, and listened closely to our requirements. “I've used Bob and his crew to design a den addition for us. Bob has both an architectural and design background which is a huge plus. Not only did the den look great as a room, but he was helpful at figuring out how each area would function well and what to put in that space. He worked great with my builder and was a great go between when things got a big hairy. Funny and affable, Bob was a pleasure to work with.”

“We hired Don on the recommendation of a neighbor for a major renovation of our 1919 Craftsman style bungalow into a much larger house and could not have been happier. We appreciated Don's calm, pleasant demeanor, exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Our builder told us Don's plans were among the most detailed and flawless he's ever received; an element that made the construction process seamless. Although he's certainly worked on bigger budget builds, Don was respectful of our desire to create a "dream home" --not a McMansion--that fit into the overall landscape of our neighborhood and didn't overwhelm our property or budget. Still, he managed to create plans for an addition that incorporated many of our wants and desires yet was respectful of its vintage pedigree. We love our "new" home and would hire Don again in a heartbeat.”

“We worked with Alex for approx. 2 years on our project which was just completed in July 2013. We own an 1875 Carriage House that we were looking to update, renovate and expand to modern specifications. From start to finish I felt like our dream project was in good hands. We basically tore down 75% of the original structure, renovated the remaining 25% and expanded up adding a lot of second floor living space. We found it a pleasure to work with Alex and our builder found the same thing to be true. We would recommend ADL III highly. This project totaled approx. $600,000.”

“I bought an old house on the harbor in terrible condition. I was dissatisfied with the first 2 architects I consulted. I then hired Vince Colangelo of Colangelo Associates Architects. I am extremely pleased with the house and with the experience of working with Vince. I cannot speak highly enough about it, but I have recommended him often. He is exemplary in every way. He is both very creative and practical (having been a builder) - a great combination. The breadth of his knowledge of every aspect of the job (doors, windows, zoning, drainage - you name it) was pretty amazing. He was always quickly responsive, and the opposite of a prima donna. This was my first time doing such a large project and I felt most comfortable assembling a team. Vince was a willing collaborator at all times. Excellent work. Extremely pleasant guy to work with. Always fair in his billing. My very highest possible recommendation. If you have a job and you don't at least talk to him - you're making a mistake.”
