I really feel like we’re a team and he’s been able to develop our ideas into a home that fulfills all our needs and embodies our values and aesthetics. We want a home that is healthy and functional but not oversized. Jim has created design elements that make our home unique. He designed a custom valance system, using his knowledge of lighting and wood-working. He designed the pattern of exterior siding that is both creative and contemporary. Both of these while keeping in mind our particular budget and material specifications.
