“Ian designed our Steamboat home remodel and our private home near Monarch Mountain. He also helped us with a historic commercial building in downtown Salida. A complicated project. Ian is very professional and his architectural scope is diverse. He is a creative problem solver and will listen to concerns, working within the constraints of a project to keep cost more efficient. He seems facile with many architectural styles. I am a builder of homes for 40 years and know when i've found someone exceptional.
