The meetings were punctual, and the documents were prepared in a timely fashion and within the estimated budget. We would definitely go with HKH again for help in designing our next project.”

“My wife and I hired Peter to re-design our house on the Sassafras River. The re-design included an entirely new second floor as well as a total remodelling of the first floor. Completing this project was more difficult than might ordinarily be the case becuase of zoning and critical area regulations and my wife's disability. Not only was the design spectacular, but Peter was of great assistance in helping us comply with those regulations, choose a contractor and resolving the unforseen problems that are part of any major renovation. The end result: a beautiful weekend home that was delivered on time and within budget.”

“We hired Jeff to develop a design for the remodeling of the downstairs of our then 80-year-old house. He did a superb job of designing a new entry, rearranging the flow of the house, and integrating the best aspects of the house's existing features, Jeff was attentive to our needs and desires. He as also cognizant of our budget. Our neighborhood organization has an annual contest that awards prizes for the best designed home improvements, and Jeff's redesign was selected as the best for that year. We subesquently had Jeff design a replacedment garage and then design the remodeling of our upstairs rooms. On all our projects, Jeff was involved from the design to the construction supervision. He did a fabulous job, and we would recommend him highly.”

“Yohe Architecture was great to work with. Charlie listened to us and continually reflected our needs in his designs. He was patient and worked hard to be sure we got the design right, before construction started. His attention to detail during the design phase helped us save money for construction. The thorough documents allowed us to solicit bids from various contractors with assurance that they were all bidding the same scope. Charlie was thoughtful, courteous, and responsive. We love our new space and how it functions for us and also feels like such a retreat! This is mostly due to Yohe Architecture's involvement. Highly recommend.”

“Michael Dolce provided us with plans for a home addition with a deck that exceeded our expectations and provided best cost options. I feel his experience gave us options that we had not considered. He listened to our wish list and designed the addition including all of the little details that I wasn't sure would be possible. He allowed for the addition to take place in several phases as our budget would allow. Mr. Dolce was professional, efficient, and paid attention to our requests.”

“We were extremely pleased with the work of Frank Lucas and his associates. They listened well and created several different designs for the revision of our kitchen and the addition of a magnificent Sitting Room. After considering the different alternatives and in concert with our desires they promptly created the final working drawings. These proved to be practical and economical but also exhilarating such that we live almost all of our time in the new spaces. Our contractor also found the process professional and Lucas Associates responsive and the drawings that they provided easy to build from. The project finished on time and on budget and all parties were pleased and proud of the effort. Since this project I have hired Lucas Associates for several other projects at my place of business. Those projects have also been huge successes.”

“We found working with Gene Gillespie to be a very successful experience. We worked on two separate projects with him which involved not only renovations of existing spaces but also providing substantial additions to each of the two houses. Each project took over two years. His design recommendations were consistent with what we wanted; his collaborative skills were excellent, and his oversight skills were superb. The end result of both projects was exactly what we were trying to achieve. Gene was always a delight to work with, and throughout both projects, our working relationship with him could not have been more pleasant. We would definitely highly recommend him to anyone who needs a very talented architect.”
