“My wife and I hired Soloway Designs Inc to design and build our second home getaway. After a poor experience of doing this once before I vowed it would never happen again; especially from a long distance. On a cloudy Sunday afternoon with boredom setting in, we decided to go out and about and look at houses. By chance, we turned into a driveway that had a hidden treasure, for us, designed by Marc Soloway. Cutting to the chase, a short time later we had some meetings and decided to take the plunge....again. It was a super positive experience and lots of fun.The process or marriage lasted approximately 3 yrs and guess what;we still communicate with each other. They kept their promises,met deadlines,stayed within their forcasted budgets even though we didn't and had great attitude and most importantly always got back to us in a timely manner. “Karen is simply the best! She designed an extensive renovation/addition to our historic home in the Sam Hughes neighborhood of Tucson. She maintained our home's historic feel and look while integrating all our our needs for modern living. We were able to complete the whole project while still living in San Francisco thanks to her excellent communication and clear plans. We are now living in our dream home.”

“Gideon designed and drew an extension to add an additional room at the back of our house. It was a tricky addition as it had to fit in a tight space between our house and our swimming pool. Gideon did a great job designing an addition that gave us the most room possible in the space available. We were very impressed with his attention to detail especially when it came to talking to the city and getting them to agree to how we could use the space around the pool. When we were getting quotes for the addition it was clear that, although the builders were confident they knew all the rules and regulations, Gideon’s homework on how and where we could build near the pool was much more accurate. Going into the process we were very confident that we knew exactly what we wanted, but Gideon improved the final design significantly by not just designing and drawing what we thought we wanted, but also giving us options for what was feasible that we could not have imagined on our own. Gideon was extremely pleasant to work with and was great at keeping us in the loop as he was working on his designs. We would definitely work with him again.”
