“We bought a house that was painted with "safe" interior colors (basically off whites) and had a dull feeling to it. My wife is a tapestry weaver who has excellent color sense but is not used to the interior design applications. Having worked with Robert on other design projects in the commercial realm, I asked him to meet with us and help us find a color solution that would integrate with our existing furniture and some physical modifications we wanted to add to the living area. He quickly understood our frustration and was able to provide advice not only on a color scheme but also had excellent suggestions for additions to our fireplace area wall. Roberts suggested using a highly polished black Corian to cover the mantel and side cabinets which contrasted nicely with the white mantle and cabinets. With the brick colored walls and the enhancement of the fireplace area, this set the room off strikingly.
