“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”

“Thomson Properties undertook a total refurbishment of a large bathroom. The work commenced and completed exactly to the schedule agreed prior to order. Their technicians were excellent; always on time, quiet, respectful and cleaned up at the end of each working day. Jamie Thomson checked the progress of the work regularly and asked during each of his visits if we were satisfied. During the course of the work the technician suggested minor alterations to the design which were practical and an improvement to the proposed layout. We had a very minor issue occur in the period before Christmas which I expected would not be resolved until after the holiday but I was very pleasantly surprised when Jamie phoned to discuss the issue he sent a technician within an hour to attend to the matter. The final cost was as agreed initially with one minor item of extra work which had been discussed and instructed during the work. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship. We have no hesitation in recommending Thomson Properties.”

“We used Pier1 Bathrooms for our cloakroom refurb / refit and I cannot be more pleased with the results! We wanted to use a small, local business for the project and visited Pier1. The showroom is beautifully done and the service is exceptional, from start to end. Rosie listened to my ideas, completed a site visit and came up with an amazing design. The original pipework was exposed and boxed out, taking up unnecessary space in the small cloakroom area. Rosie suggested boxing-in the pipework that created more space - a suggestion that we never considered. Her design, recommendations on the fixtures and tiling, sourcing the materials, and coordinating the install was exceptional! She and her team were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Pier1 Bathrooms for any bathroom projects - big or small!”
