“Working with Chris, Paul and the team on our bathroom was a great experience. They understood our brief well which was a bit unusual, we called it 'electro-regency' and as a result the first design they showed us was exactly what we wanted. Chris was good at the detail, arranging for elements that didn't come out of the box to be made bespoke for us, for example we needed a gold electro-plated toilet flush which was all executed well. It took longer than anticipated from start to finish but the time was worth it because ultimately this was time spent on attention to detail. I would recommend for anyone looking to do something a bit unusual and unique to them.”

“We used Pier1 Bathrooms for our cloakroom refurb / refit and I cannot be more pleased with the results! We wanted to use a small, local business for the project and visited Pier1. The showroom is beautifully done and the service is exceptional, from start to end. Rosie listened to my ideas, completed a site visit and came up with an amazing design. The original pipework was exposed and boxed out, taking up unnecessary space in the small cloakroom area. Rosie suggested boxing-in the pipework that created more space - a suggestion that we never considered. Her design, recommendations on the fixtures and tiling, sourcing the materials, and coordinating the install was exceptional! She and her team were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Pier1 Bathrooms for any bathroom projects - big or small!”

“We had moving home and wanted the bathroom and en-suite refurbishing before we moved in. We were referred to Gerard from the company we were buying our bathroom/en-suite furniture from. We met Gerard at the property and he followed up quickly with the quotation which we were happy to proceed with. During the work Gerard kept us informed if any issues and gave us some good advice/ideas along the way. We now have a great looking bathroom but with a traditional look to align with the period of the property and a modern en-suite which is a pleasure to use. Thanks Gerard.”
