“We used Sagar ceramics in January to March this year after a recommendation from a family member and ended up sourcing two complete bathrooms including tiles from them. Sagar helped to design the bathrooms as well as providing advice on which products to purchase . The service was very personal and extremely professional including being able to return surplus material and change certain items as the work went on. We would not hesitate to recommend using Sagar ceramics to other friends and family.”

“Julian and I designed an accessible shower room from a bathroom with shower over the bath. I wanted easy to use equipment, and easy to clean surfaces. I had the Fiore shower tray and wall panels installed with wall hung wc and a seat in the shower area,with easy access level floor and easy clean glass panel. Underfloor heating completed the job. I am very pleased with the results of the work,”

“We were looking for a large (over 2 metres) floating bathroom vanity with lots of storage. What's more, we wanted a solid surface counter top and seamless recessed sink. After considering lots of options - such as combining 2/3 premade units, or buying from a established manufacturer, none were quite right. Haveing seen Simon's ad on ebay, I contacted him, and was immediately impressed with the response I got, both in terms of speed and clarity. Simon provided us with a clear estimate, provided examples of previous work and discussed options with us, and although his quote was not the cheapest bespoke option, I decided that his attention to detail, care and quality of work were more than worth the difference. Simon provided technical drawings before work began, confirmed all alterations in writing, sent updates during the manufacturing, and delivered the unit in person (and on time). We were not easy customers, and he was both helpful and clear in his responses. The unit itself is high quality, exactly as ordered and I will have no hesitation in commissioning Unique Design Ideas again, or recommending them to others.”
