“Hagerstown Kitchens is the epitome of quality wood cabinetry in Hagerstown and the surrounding area. We have done two home projects with them, a kitchen and a bathroom, and were extremely pleased with the final result. Dave was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and accommodating. My husband and I would definitely recommend choosing them for any home improvement or design project!”

“My wife and I spent more than 3 months collecting estimates from different contactors for the renovation of our kitchen. After reading several highly favorable reviews regarding custom cabinetry from Watkins Cabinet Company, we narrowed our search to three competitive bidders. Although we changed our kitchen design twice after the initial design from Watkins, the professional folk at Watkins continued to provide us new hard copy designs based on our changing requirements. Their only comment regarding our changes and initial hesitancy with moving forward with the project was "we needed to do what is best for us." Did I mentioned that Watkins did not charge us for these designs. They were a delight to work with before and after the execution of our contract. Once they were in our home, they had every phase of the project timed in such a way that they completed the project in two weeks. Other contractors promised to complete the project in four to six weeks. The end result of their work is a beautiful kitchen that we are more than pleased with. My wife and I truly believe that hiring Watskin was best decision for us. We recommend this company without hesitation.”

“If I had know about J & D before I made the dreadful mistake of contracting Hagerstown Kitchens, I would have been in much better hands. If I could give Hagerstown Kitchens 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The OWNER doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. Quite honestly Hagerstown Kitchens prices are too high, and the gadgets that open and close the drawers and doors break often and have to be replaced. Should have gone to J & D and saved a few thousand$$$ as well as a lot of headaches.”

“I used Mid Atlantic Tile to do a complete makeover of our master bathroom. The project went perfect from start to finish. Allison was patient when we made changes and she was helpful at making suggestions. The contractor, C.J., was fantastic and we have since had him do other work in our home. “I have had the pleasure to work with East Side on our mid-century renovation project which required entirely custom cabinetry. The design featured radius corners and figured walnut; both integral to the design's success. Both elements created challenges that could not be fabricated by just any company. East Side lived up to the promises as you can see by the design. David Brandon, owner and founder also put into fruition our vision of a louvered sculpture pedestal and the second floor louvered cabinets in the homes curved study which was again complicated with meticulous details. David and his right hand man Mathew met the inherent challenges with intelligence and meticulous hand; and with a competitive bid. Now East Side is a reliable company that Donald Lococo Architects has added to our list of craftsman and we do not hesitate to reach out to and refer.”
