“Arlington Interiors (via Nick Tindall) provided a comprehensive service covering both the kitchen design and installation. They took account of our requirements, preferences and ideas and accommodated them fully into the final design. We were regularly consulted about different aspects of the design as it evolved. The final design was excellent and the pricing competitive. The kitchen unit installation was carried out by Bill Sherwood and Andy Wathall who were resourceful in tackling unforeseen difficulties and meticulous in all aspects of their work. The quality of their work is of the highest standard. There were very few snags, all of a minor nature, and these were all resolved promptly. The templating and installation of the Corian went very smoothly and entirely to our satisfaction. The few minor snags were again resolved promptly. The follow-up by Arlington Interiors was first class, particularly in relation to resolving the issue with our microwave/oven/grill combi unit. Overall, this was an excellent job carried out by true professionals.”

“When we first walked in to Grid Thirteen we had no intention of buying a kitchen. We had found a kitchen elsewhere and had been deliberating for a good few weeks between two as one was bespoke and the other a German-made kitchen. Both were top quality kitchens and we had finally decided on that day to go with the bespoke. My husband persuaded me to go into Grid Thirteen 'just to have a look' and I finally agreed thinking I may get some ideas. From the moment we entered the showroom Natalie and Tony were extremely friendly and welcoming mixed with a soft sell approach. I explained we had already chosen a kitchen and wasn't sure why we were there at all! However, Siematic speaks for itself and the showroom was very enticing. We clicked straight away, I could tell Natalie was on my wavelength, having similar taste and I knew, after only a few minutes, I could work well with her. It was Friday afternoon and within minutes I found myself telling Natalie what our budget was and she offered to come up the next morning to measure up and give us a plan and price with no obligation. She arrived bang on time at 9am on Saturday morning. By Monday morning she emailed us a price and plan and both my husband and I knew we were sold on it, there was no deliberation like we had over the other two. We had agreed the order by Tuesday afternoon! We were renovating the whole downstairs of our house and subsequently gave her the study (also Siematic) and the lounge to do (a media unit). We put our utmost trust in Natalie and she didn't let us down. She runs everything with military precision and expects the same back in return so everything turns up on the day it is supposed to. It wasn't an easy job for her as she was having to deal with our own building contractors, plumbers, electrician etc. she more or less co-ordinated everyone and they didn't know what had hit them! We are only two months living with our new kitchen and every morning I come down and still feel a glow as I walk in to my beautiful room. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalie, Tony and Grid Thirteen to anyone looking for a well-designed, top quality kitchen, in fact I already have.
