After numerous conceptual designs, Lloyd helped us decide on a final concept and then used his years of expertise to create what I consider a masterpiece of our new kitchen. He provided an estimate for the project, we agreed on a price. Shook on the deal...his word was his bond. We signed the project...and Lloyd and his team began work. We moved the kitchen from the front of the house to the rear of the house because we desired the new location. That entailed total removal of drywall in the area, new electrical circuits, plumbing relocated via slab cuts...you get the picture, a complex job. In all areas things were done in a timely and professional manner. Cabinets selected and furnished were of superior quality and the workmanship involved in the installation of the cabinets was truly a masterpiece. All woodwork was plumb, doors perfectly aligned which was important with the inset doors, and crown molding installed with personal touches. At the end of the project, the cost agreed upon never changed except for things I personally asked for which were not part of the original estimate. Lloyd was available at all times during the project via text message or call. He stopped in on the project often and anytime he felt it was critical when subcontractors would be starting a job and needed direction. I can say that I would use Rogers Designs any time I need a project outside my expertise done. His pricing is fair for the product he delivers.”
