“Maks installed our entire bespoke kitchen, he also designed and constructed bench seating around bay windows and a marvellous tv cabinet. We were very happy with the professionalism showed by Maks in the time he took to get things just how we wanted, he was very patient with us fussy customers, he did a stand up job and charged us fairly. “Cameron's team at London Alcove fitted built-in cupboards either side of the chimney breast in our living room. Not only were they a delight to work with, but the units have transformed the room. They gave me excellent guidance as to what sort of colour and style would work best (the opposite of what I had in mind), and the job was finished to a high standard with impressive attention to detail. If they noticed something wasn't quite right, that I couldn't even see, they took it back to the workshop and replaced it. Although this added a couple of weeks to the project it was no inconvenience and I knew it meant I was getting the best product. There were no hidden expenses and the team were very reliable, pleasant and never left a mess. I would use them again without a doubt.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Neatsmith from start to finish once choosing my bespoke wardrobe. I went to the showroom in London, which is quite big and gives an idea of the products they make. The staff members were very friendly and particularly helpful. The lady was taking care of my order by providing various options and discussing it with me. We had to change the sketch several times and she was always happy to do that and to great standards. The wardrobe was made without any delays as promised. The lady from the office was very helpful in setting the fitting time and answering any queries I had. She also did a brilliant job in organising the fitting day, which took one day and I am very pleased about it. The fitter came on time and took care of covering the flat from dust and making sure that everything is protected. He worked long that day and did a brilliant job. The wardrobes finish was perfect, every detail and corner was finished thoroughly. He cleaned everything before he left and it seemed that the wardrobe was always there. I would definitely recommend Neatsmith as their customer service is excellent, communication with the customer is exceptionally efficient and quick and each of the employees was willing to go the extra mile to make the wardrobe I will be happy with. Thank you very much!”

“This company was employed to build an alcove tv and book unit which included cupboards and book shelves and lighting - it was constructed in ply and stained to match surrounding wood work. So impressed we asked them to build a second alcove unit that was curved and had glass shelves and custom made glass doors plus internal lighting. If anyone is in doubt about the craftsmanship and attention to detail please let me know as I strongly recommend Alcove Carpentry - I cannot praise them enough.”
