“When looking for an architect MDA Architectural Services Ltd came recommended by a friend. From the beginning they were completely professional and all the staff who I had contact with couldn't be more helpful. From the original drawings to the final plans the team were happy to make any changes I requested. When looking for a builder to complete my extension, everyone commented on the quality of the drawings and the detail within. “We wanted a split level extension to our house, to be built on sloping ground. we had drawn a rough idea on the back of an envelope and John turned that into a fully formed official plan. We would fully recommend John to anyone. He was extremely helpful and explained things very clearly so that we understood the process. He turned up when he said he would, and submitted all documents on time. When we asked for a change to a plan he complied fully. We found ourselves a builder who followed his plans to the letter. Our work is now completed and we are absolutely delighted with it.”

“We really enjoyed working with Cormac & Huw on our house redesign. They brought beautiful and innovative ideas to the project which gave us much better clarity on our concept. They were both a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to move it from computer to reality, before engaging with ODDD design we were looking into a black hole of concepts and unknown costs. We now have a framework and plans to move forward with contractors thanks to the expert guidance which was worth every penny.”

“Ian has been working on my behalf for over 12 months designing and managing the construction of my personal residence. In addition to the house the works included underpinning, retaining walls, and landscaping. He is a creative Architect and very pragmatic; he initially provided me with a number of design options that suited my budget. He assisted me from the beginning of his appointment with advice on contractual matters and dealings with the Planning and Control officers. Ian clearly has had extensive experience as a professional; his technical knowledge is very sound, he communicates well and and has an excellent eye for detail when supervising the builders. His speciality in "Green Construction" gave me a series of options on sustainable construction products and techniques and Ian provided me with valuable references and links to further information. “Alex got recommended to us, We was planning on a large double garage build with annex above and summer room. Alex came up with a fantastic design to that incorporated everything we needed. Double garage with Annex above. En-suite up stairs, down stairs WC and 7x7m summer room. Alex helped not only with the design, but the planning application and the structural calcs needed. As we wanted to maximise the view we have at the rear of the build a lot of steel was needed as we wanted a triangle gable end window. This was not an everyday build due to this and needed to be done correctly, having Alex arrange everything made this a very smooth process when it could easily of been a nightmare. We highly recommend Alex and his team of people. Peter”
