“We live in a listed building which posed some problems to suppliers of replacement windows. This was a relatively small job but involved replacing 7 single glazed leaded windows with thin, non-standard (as defined by the listing guys) double glazed, leaded units. Further the installation was complicated by one window being structural, meaning support was needed to stop the roof falling in when the old frame was removed. The work was carried out very professionally by two young men who were diligent, hard working, thoughtful, polite and obviously very capable. We were confident that the work would be of a high standard, and on delivery of the units just as confident they had been manufactured to a high standard. The installation took just three days (as predicted) and a high attention to finishing detail rounded off an excellent job.
