“Highly professional and extremely competent company who I have now used for 3 major projects on two houses. They provided detailed quotes, worked to time and discussed progress on a very regular basis. They were easily contactable and very responsive to all issues. The work was always of the highest quality.The staff are extremely polite and hard working. AJP also provide a highly responsive follow-up service should any problems arise after completion of the work. “2nd Generation Building Services has completed two extension projects on my fairly ordinary 3-bedroom semi in Birmingham. In both cases, Nick Jones has projected managed the whole exercise wonderfully! Right from the beginning, there was full consultation about what I wanted and the project quote was very reasonable and detailed. Once accepted, I had a full project chart, which gave me a clear idea of how the project was going to pan out over several weeks. Nick has either been here, texted or emailed every day, so that I have known which professional to expect - builders, roofers, plasterers, electricians etc - and the timings have all been adhered to. He has been flexible about possible changes as we went along and has been an excellent source of advice throughout. I have confidently been on holiday and left him to it!
