“My family and I were absolutely thrilled with the overall service delivered by Novak & Parkes. They seemed to manage the entire project with such ease and calm. I had requested a lot of changes in a short time period. Abbey & Michael “got” my style during the initial meeting, from then on they managed the timeline & all of the trades. Michael arrived each morning to greet the relevant tradesperson for that day in order to review the plan and ensure everyone was on the same page. This resulted in a beautiful cinema room with luxurious finishes coupled with outstanding technology completed in time for Christmas, it was a pleasure to work with Abbey & Michael, so much so that we are already discussing the next project for our home.”
