“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”

“Professional, organised, efficient, trustworthy (we just gave them a key and let them get on with it) and genuinely pleasant, helpful people to have do major work for you. They listen to you, work out solutions to turn your dream into reality (no matter how problematic) and provide excellent value for money. First-rate project management - getting plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, tilers and plasterers lined up to come in on time one after the other, they turned our worn-out, antiquated and quirky bathroom into something fit for a luxury hotel, more or less within the relatively short timescale quoted.”

“Deni of Designarchitec provided invaluable support during the refurbishment of our family home in Wandsworth. The internal layout/design input provided by Designarchitec, plan guidance and detailed design, including superb computer generated imagery, was hugely beneficial in delivering the project to our exacting standards. Deni coordinated many of the finishing materials and equipment and delivered on all aspects in terms of timing etc. Deni was a crucial element of the team and her assistance in coordinating the works alongside the construction team was invaluable as she worked tirelessly throughout the complicated works.”

“Right from the start I knew things were going to be highly professional. Will got back to me within 3 or 4 days with a quote on a sizeable project whereas a previous candidate had taken over two weeks. He was able to start within an acceptable time frame so off we went. Anyone who has dealt with builders will know all about sharp intakes of breath and phrases like " Well I don't know about that, It's going to be expensive". Will's greatest strength, apart from his enormous charm, is his ability so see and understand what the client wants and do his best to fulfil those wishes. Along the way I had to change a number of things, some of them quite major like taking out a chimney breast but none of this was a problem. I should add that he came up with many really good ideas himself which was an invaluable contribution to the wonderful end result. His initial estimate was not the cheapest of the three that I had but as they say " you get what you pay for" and I would say without any hesitation that I made the right decision. Another of Will's great assets is that he is always accessible and if he happened to be stuck up a ladder he would call me back. So many other builders never answer their phone or take days to get back to you. Fantastic job, a wonderful polite team who were very tidy and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
