“Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. “Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. My husband and I met with Andy and his father Daniel, went over the details of what we wanted done and spoke over the costs. “Susan of Dolcini Design has been a real blessing in my life. I sought out (on my own) to give the outside of our home a new facelift. I didn't realize how many things there were to consider. I became overwhelmed with all the decisions to make and was recommended to Susan by Foam Concepts, Inc. after asking them if they knew of anyone that could help me with my project and they did. She came to the home, toured the inside to see our tastes, and took on the job of totally re-facing the outside of our home. She helped me select stucco color, garage doors, front door, trim around all windows and even the lighting and landscaping.
