“After our house experienced water damage from a faulty tub, we hired Stromberg Built to manage the repairs. In the process, we also decided to expand our kitchen, which required a floor to ceiling rework on our main floor. Marcus@Stromberg Built managed the project timeline, including multiple sub-contractors and vendors, and performed construction and finishing that ranged from external siding to new interior walls to flooring to finishing detail. He also fit this entire project into a schedule that corresponded to a planned out-of-town duration for our family, allowing us to return to a brand new kitchen. We love our new main floor and expanded kitchen and recommend Stromberg Built without reservation.”

“From consult and planning to construction and reveal- MNBR Homes made our big home project look and feel easy! After inquiring about a quote, David reached out almost immediately and was available to meet and discuss our project within days. During the consult David was kind and easy to talk to; we talked about our plans, timeline goals, and budget. He was honest about what he thought he could do for us and when- no pushy sales pitches or gimmicks! David was just as excited as we were and assured us our dreams could soon be reality. Once started, David and Joe made the entire design and construction process a breeze! We were told who to meet with, where to look, etc. in regards to flooring, countertops, cabinets… Truly, all we did was make choices, tell the team what we wanted, and MNBR Homes made it happen! Work, stress, and effort on our part was minimal! We were kept up to date in regards to work being done, questions were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the construction crew was professional and friendly. “We would highly recommend Pillar Homes to build or remodel a home. We had our home built by Pillar Homes in 2011, and have been satisfied on all accounts- from the design process, to the build, and follow-up once we moved in. We were able to express our ideas and visions, and Pillar helped us shape them into reality. They listened carefully to our needs, but still allowed us to direct the creative process. A healthy home and environmentally responsible build were also high priorities, and a big reason we chose Pillar Homes and KC Chermak. The experience was fluid and surprisingly lacking in stress. In addition, we built our home while living in another state, and the Pillar team made it all work.”
