Dave Lunden was honest, very reliable and extremely organized. The project was finished on time and on budget. It progressed exactly as he said that it would with no hidden costs or delays. The Project Manager and all of the subcontractors were a pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. They shared in our enthusiasm, were polite, highly skilled, hard working and responsive. I have spoken with several people who have had extensive renovations done to their home and frequently it was a stressful and unpleasant experience for them. I can honestly say that our experience with Timberlake was the opposite. Since the renovation I have contacted them several times for questions about materials or warranties and they have always responded to my requests immediately. If we were ever to renovate another home we would definitely use Timberlake.”

“My husband and I had debated for several months if we should move to a larger space, or renovate our current home for our expanding family. I had brought this up with Rick Byrd, the owner of Byrd Design and Build (BDB), and he immediately came to our house to talk with us through all of our options. He walked through our house and really gave us some amazing plans to make the space we already had more usable and more modern and up to date. This was the perfect option for us, considering we were expecting our first child. He laid out all of the different renovation plans we could have and really helped us envision a space catered to our wants and needs. My husband works from home, so we thought it was going to be a difficult journey to do an almost complete gut job of our basement and first floor kitchen/bedroom/bath, but BDB did an amazing job accommodating him and being cautious of the space we weren’t renovating. During the construction process, all of the subcontractors of BDB were extremely nice, non-invasive and very courteous of everything in the house. Darren, the project manager, was always attentive and mindful of our timeline, which was shortened due to the arrival of our new baby. We have the perfect new nursery, brand new kitchen and bathroom, and an entirely finished basement all just in time for our son. Everything was completed in a timely fashion and in pristine condition. We are obsessed with our basically “new” house!”

“Turner Troxell did a complete kitchen and basement renovation. They also built a screened porch and deck, moved our laundry room to the second floor and built a closet for it, and replaced several existing windows. They did a beautiful job and were wonderful to work with. They paid very close attention to detail and didn't miss anything (especially Jim!). We never had to move out of our house and they worked around our schedules and our kids. Everyday they would rebuild me a makeshift sink so that I didn't have to go very long without a sink or water in the kitchen. All of the people who worked for Turner Troxell, as well as their subcontractors, were great! I trusted all of them enough to give them full access to my house regardless of whether I was home. Finally, there were a few surprises along the way given the age of our house. Doug Turner and his employees worked through everything that came their way! I highly recommend them for any home remodel or renovation!”
