He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. They ensure subs work in concert with one another so there are relatively few lapses in work as compared to other firms. I have not been stuck with a punch list that takes months to address. They address issues and problems right away. My level of satisfaction is so high, I have hired Diversified to work on two different houses. The first time I have ever hired a contractor more than once. The work on my first home was so well done and had such a positive impact on our curb appeal, the house was sold in 3 days! I employed them the second time when I needed a firm who could move quickly in making my fixer upper move in ready (they even helped me out in the aftermath or Super storm Sandy).
