“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“Living through a kitchen extension on a terraced London house isn't fun. We both work full-time and have two children at school so returning at the end of each day to the property once works had commenced could be a little stressful; but PlusRooms protected our downstairs areas, created a temporary kitchen for us and were really considerate of the fact we were living through the works. They project managed the whole thing right from design, costing, adjustments, planning, build scheduling, (prompting us what to buy and when), right through the build - and we couldn't be more delighted with our new space. Living through building works is unpleasant but was made less so with Robbie and James' support and professionalism. We had the odd snagging that needed resolving at the end of the job, which you would always expect, so we are more than happy to recommend PlusRooms and may be using them again next year!”

“MyExtension began my project in May this year and from the outset I found Gosia as project manager and Greg as team leader, approachable, personable and professional, giving advice to a novice like me when needed. The team of builders started work in earnest and worked at pace to get the project to completion in only 4 months. Every time I visited, a new phase was appearing and Gosia was there to explain the next steps and advising me on unexpected issues which ultimately surface when renovating a Victorian property. The team worked hard and were very considerate - my neighbours commented on many occasions about their cleanliness and response to any unforeseen issues which inadvertently affected them. The project has been completed to an extremely high standard bringing my vision for my home to life! I cannot thank the entire team enough for their hard work and due diligence in creating such an exceptional build and finish. “An excellent finish to my bathroom. A few structural problems occurred due to bad workmanship in the past, but all the problems were sorted out at little extra cost to me. All work was completed on time and all the workers were very punctual, tidy and trustworthy. Would recommend the company to anyone who wants a good job done for a reasonable price.”

“So we accepted Brendan's Fixed price quote to come and put the finishing touches/corrections to our complete house renovation. This involved rendering and detailing the new porch and relaying the pathway. Modernising the 1980s bin store to accept taller modern bins whilst making a sliding door from scratch. Refurb the garage including replaster paint and fitting a kitchen at the back of it . Then various small projects such as putting new fencing up. All jobs undertaken with real attention to detail - The guys even got our Jacuzzi bath working - researching a spare part one evening, ordering it and fitting it - something that was beyond our plumbing supplier for 6 months. So the team had all the skills, brilliant attitude and communication - every day checking we were happy and on Schedule and that the site was spotless. Payment of the fixed price at the end was frankly a joy - this is how all building projects should run and I am delighted to recommend Nicholas James.”
