“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. “Our project involved the conversion of a conservatory into a more habitable room with new foundations. a full glass-doored front and Velux windows. Milestone were courteous, prompt and carried out all their pre-planning and construction duties in a very professional and competent manner. They coordinated the work of several trades during the build and were always available to deal with any questions and issues we might have had. “After first Covid lockdown I decided to have my own gym / garden office / summer house to minimise impact from worldwide-spread infection. There are quite a few online sites offering pre-assembled products whereas I wanted something bespoke which would naturally fit into our garden. Kevin from My Eco Space offered me service exactly what I was looking for: I supplied him a detailed 3D sketch of what I want and he came back to me with detailed engineering project plan including time and cost. All my queries have been dealt in a very efficient and professional way. Once final design was finalised and timeline and cost agreed it was then essentially a trouble free journey starting from signing the paperwork to getting the keys. What impressed me most is level of transparency and communication - I always felt that I am an important customer and that created a "feel-good factor". The project finished within two weeks window of the planned timeline and there was no additional cost incurred. The built quality is excellent and I highly recommend My Eco Space folks (for their professionalism, skills and communication level).”
