“The team at Creative took on our, it was a large 2 storey extension and a complete gut, reconfiguration, and remodel inside including full new roof. They stepped up to the challenge when we told them we needed the house liveable sharpish as our moving date had dramatically come forward and they got us in. Now finished the house is fantastic and the team were always on hand to help and to share their experience on things they thought could be better designed or function better. They have also been great and coming back to sort snagging and anything that wasn’t quite right. Sean O”

“From our first meeting with ‘the Nicks’ we were immediately struck with their enthusiasm and insight into our project. We were impressed with the time and dedication they showed in producing a very well laid out and costed specification based on our initial plan. They are very particular paying careful attention to detail and have built up an excellent team of skilled contractors who all worked to an extremely high standard. They managed to work around us, whilst we continued living in the property, ensuring that we had basic services available at all times - much appreciated in the winter months. During the build Nick Turner was onsite to supervise, and otherwise, was quick to respond to email and texts and kept us informed of any delay or snags. Nick Crick (Customisation King) proposed practical solutions to any problems that arose and they were both particular in leaving the site immaculate at the end of the project. They proved flexible and always listened to our requirements producing a superb end result. “Excellent in every respect. In my various discussions before and during my project both Tim and Dave were very knowledgeable and helpful. We felt my ideas were listened to and they were able to give me great advice to ensure what we was looking to achievable and particle. They have great guys on site too. The site manager and team were friendly, helpful and they respected us as a family by keeping areas clean, tidy and safe for our young children. We would be happy to use this company again as they come highly recommended”

“We have just received planning permission for our internal reconfiguration which Simon has designed for us. He visited us on several occasions and helped us to see the potential in our property exploring all the options available. Together we talked through how we want to use the house and we have used every pocket of space to reach that potential. Simon has been friendly and accommodating throughout and he has kept in touch regularly. He talked us through the planning process and kept us updated whilst successfully securing planning permission. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon, he is a highly skilled architect and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Many thanks Simon!”
